How to Make Corn on the Cob in the Air Fryer

We are pretty sure this may be the easiest corn recipe – ever.

Preheat the Air Fryer and prep the corn

First things first, let’s crank up that air fryer to a toasty 400°F. We want it nice and hot to give our corn on the cob that perfect crispiness!

Grab a plate, place those golden ears of corn on it, and grab your olive oil. Then, give the corn a nice coating of olive oil so that it’s completely covered.

Sprinkle some salt and pepper all over that corn. We want to make sure every bite is seasoned to perfection. Once it’s well-seasoned, gently transfer the corn into the air fryer basket.

Air Fry the Corn

Cook those corn cobs in the air fryer for about 10 minutes. After they’ve cooked for 10 minutes on one side, flip them and cook for another 3-5 minutes. We’re aiming for that ideal combo of tender and crispy!

After those delicious corn cobs are done cooking, it’s time to add some flair! Sprinkle a generous amount of zesty lemon zest and freshly chopped parsley on top to take your corn to the next level.

Recipe FAQs

CAN I USE FROZEN CORN FOR THIS RECIPE?

Absolutely! Instead of rubbing the cobs in olive oil and seasoning before putting them in the air fryer, you’ll do that at the 5-minute mark. This allows the cobs to thaw out enough so you can season them properly without compromising flavor!

TO SHUCK OR NOT TO SHUCK?

We’re shucking the corn cobs and removing the silks for this recipe as we want that nice crispy outer layer!
