Girl Carnivore Expert Recipe Tips

  • Play around with various seasonings to get your desired result. Some great options are garlic powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, black pepper, or whatever other seasonings you like!
  • If you want to get super fancy, you can soak your sweet potato slices in cold water before air frying. This helps the skin to crisp up even more! Just make sure to pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture before cooking.
  • If you want thicker fries, leave the slices at 1/2 inch thick, like sweet potato wedges. They may take longer to cook, but you can leave them thicker if that’s what you prefer. Otherwise, cut them into thin strips!
  • Pair with your favorite dipping sauce for even more flavor!
