Ingredients  

  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup avocado oil or olive oil + more to thin out as needed
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp fresh herb blend equal parts parsley and cilantro, minced or your favorite herb seasoning blend
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Combine all of the marinade ingredients in a Mason jar and secure it with the lid.
  • Shake vigorously to combine all ingredients.
  • For the brightest flavors, use this marinade within 24 hours of making.
  • Store in the fridge until ready to use.

Notes

Add as needed, a neutral oil, like avocado oil, to the marinade to coat your food.ย
