Ingredients

freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/3

avocado oil
or olive oil + more to thin out as needed

garlic cloves
minced

tsp
paprika

tbsp
fresh herb blend
equal parts parsley and cilantro, minced or your favorite herb seasoning blend
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all of the marinade ingredients in a Mason jar and secure it with the lid.
Shake vigorously to combine all ingredients.
For the brightest flavors, use this marinade within 24 hours of making.
Store in the fridge until ready to use.
Notes
Add as needed, a neutral oil, like avocado oil, to the marinade to coat your food.
Great for chicken, shrimp, white fish, and veggies
Marinate chicken for 2 to 4 hours
Marinate fish and shrimp for 15 to 30 minutes
Marinate veggies for 30 minutes to 2 hours
