Ingredients  

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos or tamari for gluten-free option
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • Red pepper flakes to taste
  • 1/4 cup neutral oil like avocado oil

Instructions 

  • Combine all of the marinade ingredients in a Mason jar and secure it with the lid.
  • Shake vigorously to combine all of the ingredients.
  • For the best flavor, store in the fridge until ready to use and use within one week.

Notes

Add as needed, a neutral oil, like avocado oil, to the marinade to coat your food.ย
