For the smoked burgers:
- Ground beef
- Steak seasoning
- Steakhouse herb compound butter
For the keto blue cheese dressing:
- Sour cream
Prep the Burgers:
Mix the ground beef with the steak seasoning in a large bowl. Gently form into 10 1.5 oz patties. Arrange one cube of butter over half of the patties (5).
