Instant Pot Country Style Pork Ribs

Wanting finger-licking ribs in a fraction of the time, we decided to take use of everyone’s favorite countertop appliance for these instant pot country-style pork ribs.

They were done in under an hour and finished in our favorite BBQ sauce making for a quick, easy, and satisfying meal that will become a staple in your rotation.

INGREDIENTS

– bone-in country-style pork ribs  – orange juice – chicken broth – Bar-B-Q sauce – Garlic Cloves – Salt – Paprika – Cumin – Dried mustard – Granulated garlic – Scallions

Start by patting the ribs dry and whisking together the spice blend. Cover the ribs on all sides with the spice mix.

Next, prepare the pressure cooker. Add the liquids to the instant pot. Toss in the garlic cloves. Then, nestle the country ribs in the pot and cook for 20 minutes.

Once it has finished cooking, let the pressure release for 5 minutes naturally before finishing with a manual release. Finally, prep a baking sheet with foil and preheat the broiler in the oven.

Brush the country-style pork ribs with hickory smoke barbecue sauce and pop them under the broiler until the sauce is just tacky. Flip the ribs and brush the other side with sauce too.

Lastly, they are ready to serve. Pile the ribs up and serve with sliced scallions and your favorite sides.
