- Pork shoulder
- Onion
- Garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Water
- Cider vinegar
- Worcestershire sauce
- Ancho chile powder
- BBQ sauce

Pat the pork roast dry and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the diced onion and garlic on the bottom of the crock pot.
