Grilled Ham Steak Recipe with Brown Sugar Mustard Glaze
These grilled ham steaks are the perfect blend of savory and sweet as they cook quick on the grill and are finished with a brush of the brown sugar mustard glaze
Simmer over direct heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Grill the ham steaks:
Remove the ham steaks from the package and pat dry.
2 lbs bone-in ham steaks
Place the ham steaks over the coals and grill for 2 minutes, rotate and cook 2 minutes longer
Flip and cook the steaks for another 4 to 5 minutes, rotating once halfway through.
Glaze:
Brush the ham steaks with the glaze for the last minute of grilling
Remove from heat and serve the ham steaks immediately.
Serve:

Ham steaks are already cured and cooked through so you are grilling them to reheat to 140F, adding great grill marks and extra flavor.For a gas grill: Preheat the grill for indirect heat by turning 2 out of 3 of the burners on medium-high heat allowing the grill to heat up.
