1tspkosher salt
½tspblack pepper
1tspgarlic powder
½tsponion powder
½tspdried oregano
½tspsmoked paprika
½tspChinese five spice
1tspavocado oil or your favorite cooking oil

Instructions
Pat the duck legs dry using paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, smoked paprika, and five spice.
Rub duck legs with olive oil, then coat with the spice mixture. Sprinkle orange zest over the skin.
Preheat air fryer to 330°F
Place the duck legs skin-side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 25 minutes.
Flip the duck legs midway, until the internal temperature reaches 165–170°F.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs, or serve with a festive glaze or orange slices.
