Prep the Grill
Preheat grill for indirect heat
Make the foil packets
In a large bowl, add the melted butter.
Toss the fries in the butter
Divide the fries evenly into the foil packets
Carefully fold one long edge of the foil over the fries.
Grill the Fries
Place the foil packs, with the open side up, on the cooler side of the grill. Toss the fries in the foil packets.
Cook until fries are cooked through.
Make the Creamy Popper Topping
Add oil and swirl to coat pan. Add onion, garlic, jalapeno, mayo, sour cream, salt, and shredded mozzarella. Stir and remove from heat.
