Easy Grilled Tri-Tip

Remove the beef from the package and pat dry. Trim excess fat or silver skin.
Season the steak with the ooomami powder and rub. Allow it to sit for 20 minutes.
Prepare grill for indirect heat. Add oak wood chunks.
Grill steak on indirect heat at 250 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Finish the steak by searing it over high heat.
Allow the steak to rest for 15 to 20 minutes before slicing thin.
Serve with fresh chimichurri, taco shells, and veggies.
