White Chicken Chili is a perfect hearty dish begging to be simmered in a cast-iron Dutch oven. Roast the Poblanos Roast the poblanos until the skin has blistered all over.
Prep the Dutch Oven Heat the Dutch oven over the cooler side of the fire, or medium heat.
