Ingredients
– sirloin
– ginger
– scallion
– rice wine
– sesame oil
– beef stock
– soy sauce
– sugar
– cinnamon stick

INSTRUCTIONS
In between two sheets of plastic wrap, pound the meat into a thin sheet. Slice into long thin strips.
