For the Pizza Chips
2pre-made pizza crustsuch as Boboli
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground sausage until brown. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds longer. Remove from heat and drain fat if needed.
Stir in the onion, pepper, pizza sauce, pepperoni, and mushrooms. Spoon into a slow cooker and top with cheese. Cook on low heat for 4 hours, until heated through and bubbly. Serve with Pizza Chips.
For the Pizza Chips: Preheat the broiler. Slice the pizza dough into 16th's, using whatever creative shapes or strips your artsy self desires. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the cheese. Cook under the broiler until the cheese is melted and starting to brown and the pizza dough is toasted.
Serve to dip.
