Remove the pork chops from the package and pat them dry with a paper towl.
Drizzle both sdies of the chops with a little olive oil.
4 Pork Chops, 1 tbsp olive oil
Sprinkle the spice mix over both sides of the pork chops.
Carefully place the pork chops in the air fryer basket.
Air fry the pork chops for 10 minutes
Then, using tongs, carefully flip them over and air fry for another 5-10 minutes or until cooked through to 140 degrees F.
Carefully transfer the pork chops to a serving platter and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve hot with freshly chopped parsley sprinkled over top.
