Transform fresh green beans into a flavorful side with this simple roasting method. Crisp tender green beans are tossed in olive oil and roasted to perfection.
Preheat the oven to 400°F and spray a large baking tray with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the green beans in a large mixing bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
Transfer the green beans to the prepared baking tray and spread them out evenly.
Bake for 15-20 minutes and serve with fresh lemon slices.
Notes
Feel free to play around with various seasonings and toppings, such as lemon juice, lemon zest, Italian seasoning, pine nuts, fresh garlic, red pepper flakes, or anything else you want to add!
Wash and dry your green beans with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Make a double batch if you're serving a larger crowd!
