In just a few minutes, you can have restaurant-quality air fryer shrimp that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Coated in a medley of simple soy and honey with fresh herbs, these shrimp will become your new go-to favorite. In a large mixing bowl, add the olive oil, sriracha, soy sauce, honey, garlic and pepper. Whisk to combine.
Preheat the air fryer for 5 to 10 minutes to 350 degrees.
Spray the basket with non-stick cooking spray.
Add the shrimp, and mix until fully coated.
Transfer the shrimp to the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding the basket. Cook in batches if needed.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes at, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
Transfer shrimp to a bowl and serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley, lime wedges and a spicy aioli.
Add a small bowl to the table for the discarded shells.

If you want an extra kick, sprinkle some cajun seasoning onto your shrimp!
Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the internal temperature of the shrimp reaches at least 145 degrees F.
To peel shrimp, simply pinch the legs between your fingers and rotate clockwise around the shrimp. This peels the cooked shell off without a hitch most of the time.
