Meaty tender little bites of deliciousness. These country style pork ribs cook quick with the help of an instant pot and are finsihed with a dousing of barbecue sauce for finger licking bites!
Whisk the salt, paprika, dried mustard, and granulated garlic in a small bowl.
Seaon each country style pork rib, turning to coat all sides.
Pressure Cook the Pork
Add the orange juice, chicken broth, and Head Coutnry Bar-b-q sauce to the instant pot and stir to combine. Add the garlic cloves.
Nestle the pork in to the pot
Cover and secure the lid. Set the instant pot to cook for 25 minutes.
When the pressure cooker is done, allow it to release pressure naturally for 5 minutes before finishing venting with a manual release according to your pressure cookers instructions.
Brush with Sauce and Broil
Preheat oven to boril
Arrage the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Brush the country ribs with sauce and broil 2 to 4 minutes, until sauce is just tacky.
Carefully, flip and brush other side of the ribs with the remaining barbeque sauce
Broil another 2 to 4 minutes.
Serve
Serve with sliced scallions

Cook time will vary depending on how long it takes for your insta pot to come to pressure. Take that into consideration when planning out this recipe. If the ribs aren't fork tender when you open the lid, close it and set the instant pot for another 5 minutes.
