– Salt – Dried Chinese noodles or a flat pasta – Vegetable oil – Ground beef –Onion minced – Small red chile pepper –Garlic minced – Fresh ginger –Szechuan pepper or red pepper flakes – Chinese five-spice powder – Tamari or dark soy sauce – Red pepper sliced –Green beans –Scallions –Sriracha for serving
Cook the noodles in salted boiling water according to direction on package. Drain.
In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil. Add the beef, and cook. Add the onion, chile, garlic, ginger, Szechuan pepper, and five-spice powder to the beef.
Add the red pepper and green beans and cook until crunchy. Add the noodles to the beef and veggie mixture. Stir in the tamari sauce.
