Ingredients
– 2 slabs St. Louis Style Spareribs
– 1 tbsp paprika
– 1 ½ tbsp kosher salt
– 1 tsp kosher salt
– ½ tsp garlic salt
– ½ tsp onion salt
– ¼ tsp celery salt
– ½ tsp cayenne pepper
– ½ tsp ground cumin
– 1 recipe Apple Bourbon BBQ Sauce
6. Remove the ribs from the smoker, baste with Apple Bourbon BBQ sauce and return to smoker for 20 minutes.
7. Remove ribs from smoker, cover, and let rest 10 minutes before cutting to serve.
