New Orleans BBQ Shrimp
6 tbsp Butter ½ Onion 6 Garlic Cloves 1 tbsp Cajun Spice 1 lb Jumbo Shrimp 4 tbsp Worcestershire 1 tbsp Hot Sauce 1 Lemon Juiced ½ c White Wine 2 cups Broth 1 tsp Spice Blend
Add butter and onion to a skillet and sauté until slightly brown.
1. Cook the Onions!
Cook garlic and the rest of the seasonings before adding in the shrimp.
2. Cook the Shrimp!
Remove the shrimp and deglaze the pan with white wine.
3. Make the Sauce!
Stir in chicken broth and reduce until thick. Remove skillet and whisk in butter.
4. Finish the Sauce!
Add the shrimp to the sauce with the spice blend. Toss to coat.
4. Add the Shrimp!
Serve shrimp garnished with fresh parsley and a side of warm, toasted bread!
