Instant Pot Turkey Stock

This delicious broth starts with roasting leftover turkey bones and veggies before adding them to the pressure cooker

for a simple but incredibly rewarding homemade instant pot turkey stock.


- Turkey carcass - Avocado oil - Garlic - Onion - Carrots - Leeks - Celery stalks - Bay leaves - Girl Carnivore Chick Fest spice blend


Rub the carcass, garlic and chopped vegetables with oil.

Place the roasted bones, veggies and garlic in the instant pot.

Add the bay leaves and Girl Carnivore Chick Fest.

If using fresh herbs, add them now.

Seaon with a touch of salt and pepper if desired.
