INGREDIENTS
– Unsalted butter
– Panko or bredcrumbs
– lump crab meat
– mayo
– cloves garlic
– fresh chives
– lemon zest
– salt and pepper
– flounder fillets

Preheat the oven to 475 degrees. Spray a large baking dish with non-stick spray and set aside.
