1 lb Char-grilled Roast Beef ¼ c Beef Stock 4 Soft Buns ½ White Onion Ooomami Mayo Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce


Shave the beef as thin as possible.

1. Shave the Beef!

Divide and wrap meat in foil. Add in stock and bake 15-20 minutes.

2. Steam the Beef!

Whisk together mayo, ooomami spice blend, and horseradish in a bowl.

3. Make the Ooomami Mayo!

In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk cheese, cream, and spices until thick.

4. Make the Cheese Sauce!

Slather buns with the mayo. Top with beef, onion, and cheese sauce.

5. Assemble the Sandwiches!

Serve sandwiches while still warm with tons of extra napkins!
