Smoked Crab Imperial

1 lb Jumbo Lump Crab ½ c Mayonnaise 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp Melted Butter 1 tsp Lemon Juice ¼ Onion 2 tsp BOLD Seasoning Ground Mustard 1 Egg ½ tsp Parsley


Preheat your smoker to 300 degrees F.

1. Preheat!

Place the crab in a large bowl and remove any shells. Set it aside.

2. Prep!

Mix together the mayo, Worcestershire sauce, butter, lemon juice, minced onion, mustard, and seasoning. Then add in the egg and parsley.

3. Mix!

Fold the mayo mixture into the crab. Be careful not to break up the crab meat!

4. Combine!

Spoon the mixture into a small cast iron skillet.

5. Add to Skillet!

Cover the smoker and cook until the crab is golden and bubbling.

6. Smoke!

Spoon over beef tenderloin or serve as an appetizer!
