Grilled Rack of Lamb

dijon mustard kosher salt pepper fresh rosemary brown sugar garlic cloves apple cider vinegar 2 racks lamb
Clean, oil, and prepare your grill for indirect heat.
Whisk together mustard, salt, pepper, rosemary, brown sugar, garlic, and apple cider vinegar.
Rub the mixture over the lamb and allow to rest for 20 minutes.
Place lamb on the grill for 3 to 6 minutes.
Cook on cool side of grill for 15 to 25 minutes.
Allow lamb to rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving!
Serve lamb hot with a side of roasted veggies!
