Instant Pot BBQ Chicken Mac and Cheese

Mac and Cheese Ingredients
Set instant pot to sauté, add olive oil, and sauté onion 5 minutes.
Season chicken and place in the instant pot. Sauté both sides until brown.
Baste chicken with BBQ sauce and pour broth into pot. Cover and pressure cook for 13 minutes.
Remove chicken and add pasta to the pot with broth and water. Cook 4 minutes.
When done, stir in butter, mustard, salt, and garlic powder. Add milk, then cheese stirring until melted.
Shred chicken with forks. Add chicken and jalapeño to the mac and cheese and stir to combine.
Serve BBQ chicken mac and cheese with additional sauce, chicken, scallions, and herbs!
