3 lbs Boneless Chuck Roast 2 lbs Boneless Sirloin 1 tsp Salt ½ tsp Ground Pepper 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp Thyme

Ingredients

Place the meat grinder attachment in the freezer.

1. Freeze Meat Grinder!

Cut the meat into cubes and season it.

2. Cut and Season the Meat!

Place the meat in the freezer for 20 minutes.

3. Freeze the Meat!

Push the meat through the meat grinder on the coarse setting.

4. Grind the Meat!

Grind the meat again but through the fine coarse plate.

4. Grind Again!

Gently form ground meat into patties and refrigerate until you cook them!
