Homemade Salmon Dumplings
1 package Wonton Wrappers 2 lbs Salmon Fillets 4 Scallions 2 Garlic Cloves 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 tsp Ginger 1 Lime 1 tsp Sesame Oil Salt & Pepper
Remove the skin, mince the salmon, and marinate it in garlic, scallions, soy sauce, ginger, lime, sesame oil, salt and pepper.
1. Prep the Salmon
Place 1 tsp of filling in the center of a wrapper. Pinch to seal. Then repeat until all are filled.
2. Prepare the Dumplings!
Heat sesame oil in a skillet. Add in a few dumplings to crisp up on the bottom.
Carefully pour some water into the skillet, cover it, and allow the salmon filling to cook through. Repeat with the other dumplings.
Whisk the dipping sauce ingredients together and serve on the side of the dumplings.
5. Make the Dipping Sauce!
To serve, garnish the dumplings with scallions and toasted sesame seeds, then dip them in sauce.
