Gas Grilled Rotisserie Picanha

3.5 to 5 lbs Picanha 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Salt 1 tbsp Steak Seasoning 2 to 4 tbsp Steak Rub Homemade Chimichurri


Pat the meat dry. Then, skewer, salt, and season the meat.

1. Prep the Picanha

Set up the grill for rotisserie cooking. Preheat it to 325 to 350 degrees F.

3. Prepare the Grill!

Place the spit on the motor. Close the lid and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.

4. Grill the Meat!

Allow the meat to rest on the spit for 10 minutes before slicing.

In a food processor, combine chimichurri ingredients listed in the recipe. Then, pulse to combine.

5. Make the Chimichurri!

To serve, slice the picanha into thin strips and spoon chimichurri sauce over top.
