Garlic Steak and Potato Foil Packs

1 lbs small yellow potatoes 1 onion 1 pint mushrooms 4 cloves garlic 4 tbsp cooking oil 2 tsp salt 1 tsp thyme 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp Steak Seasoning 12 oz sirloin steak  2 tbsp butter  1 tbsp parmesan cheese

Ingredients

Build a fire and shovel the coals to maintain a low and even heat for cooking with glowing red embers.

1. Prep the Campfire!

Season the potatoes, onion, and mushrooms with garlic, oil, salt, thyme, paprika, and seasoning blend.

2. Prep the Potatoes!

Arrange aluminum foil on a surface. Divide the potatoes and beef between each packet. Top with butter and fold foil over top.

3. Assemble the Packets!

Place each foil packet around the edge of the fire, and cook about 35-40 minutes.

4. Grill the Packets!

Serve each pack individually and garnish with parmesan cheese!
