Foil Wrapped Carne Asada Nachos

½ cup Orange Juice ½ cup Oil 2 limes 3 Garlic Cloves  1 Jalapeño 1 tbsp Spice Rub 1 tsp Cumin 2 tbsp Cilantro 1.5 lbs Flank Steak Nacho Toppings


Add all of the ingredients, besides the spices and cilantro to a plastic bag.

1. Prepare the Marinade!

Add spice rub to the steak and place in the plastic bag with the cilantro.

2. Marinade the Steak!

Grill the steak over direct heat.

3. Grill the Steak!

Allow the steak to rest before slicing it thin.

4. Rest and Slice!

Layer chips, toppings, and steak on a piece of foil and fold it around to seal it all in.

5. Make the Nachos!

Add the foil packet to the grill. Cook until the cheese is melted.

6. Cook the Nachos!

Serve nachos warm with a side of salsa, sour cream, and guacamole!
