Deep Fried Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

Mix crumbled bacon into mac and cheese. Chill in the fridge for 6 hours.

Step 1

Form chilled mac and cheese into tight balls.

Step 2

Dip the balls in the eggs. Then, roll in the breadcrumbs to coat evenly.

Step 3

Arrange the balls on a baking sheet and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

Step 4

Heat frying oil over medium-low heat. Fry each ball until golden brown.

Step 5

Repeat frying until all the balls are perfectly fried. Fry in batches to keep the oil at an even temperature.

Step 6

Sprinkle the fried mac and cheese with salt and serve hot.
