Easy Char-Grilled Roast Beef

3 lbs Round Roast 1 tbsp Olive Oil 6 Garlic Cloves 4 sprigs Fresh Rosemary 1 tbsp Ooomami spice blend 1 tbsp Horseradish Spice Blend Salt


Combine seasonings in a bowl to create a paste. Rub on beef and marinate overnight.

1. Prep and Marinate!

Allow charcoal to become ashen and place on one side of the grill. Add wood chips to smoke.

2. Prep the grill!

Place roast on the cooler side of the grill and close lid. Grill for about an hour.

3. Grill!

Remove the roast from the grill and allow to rest 20 minutes.

4. Rest!

When ready to serve, slice into even portions.

5. Serve!
