Cast Iron Grilled Tilapia

1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 Onion 2 Tilapia Filets ½ tsp Paprika ½ tsp Garlic Powder ¼ tsp Dried Oregano 3 tbsp Butter


Arrange heated coals in an even layer. Nestle a 10 inch cast iron skillet into the coals and allow it to heat up.

1. Prep the grill!

Add olive oil to the skillet, carefully swirl to coat with a heatproof glove. Add the onions and cook.

2. Grill the onions!

Pat the fish dry. Mix the dry seasonings together and sprinkle over the fish.

3. Season the Tilapia!

Add butter to the skillet and slide the onions to the side. Lay the tilapia inside and add butter on top.

4. Grill the tilapia!

Cover with a lid and allow it to cook about 5 to 7 minutes until the fish is cooked through.

5. Cover and cook!

Serve tilapia with all your favorite sides! You can also easily scale up the recipe by repeating the steps.
