Camping Make-Ahead Breakfast Burritos

1 package Frozen Potato Tots 12 Eggs 1 tsp Seasoning Salt and Pepper Butter ½ Onion 2 Poblano Peppers ½ lb Sausage 8 Flour Tortillas 8 oz Bacon 14 oz Black Beans 20 slices American Cheese

Ingredients

Bake at 400 degrees F until golden and crispy.

1. Cook the Potato Tots!

Cook the eggs in a skillet. Remove them from the heat when just cooked through.

2. Scramble the Eggs!

Wrap peppers in foil and place over a flame. When charred, peel and chop them.

3. Toast the Poblano Pepper!

In a skillet, cook the onion and sausage until browned. Add the poblanos.

4. Cook the Sausage!

On top of a tortilla, add cheese, eggs, beans, sausage, and bacon. Roll it up and continue with the rest.

5. Assemble the Burritos!

Tightly wrap the rolled burritos then freeze them until ready to use.
