BBQ Shrimp Skewers

Grilling Skewers 2 lbs jumbo shrimp 1 tsp Taco Seasoning 1 tsp Girl Carnivore Over Easy 1 cup Head Co Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce ¼ cup Chimichurri


Thaw shrimp, remove skin, and pat dry.

1. Prep the Shrimp!

Sprinkle taco seasoning and Over Easy spice blend over shrimp. Place in a bag with BBQ sauce and marinate 10 minutes.

2. Season the Shrimp!

Prep the grill for indirect heat, around 350 to 400 degrees F.

3. Prep the Grill!

Skewer the shrimp and arrange on the grill. Cook 5 to 7 minutes.

4. Grill the Shrimp!

Brush shrimp with BBQ sauce as you flip the skewers.

5. Brush with BBQ sauce!

Remove from heat and immediately brush with chimichurri.

6. Remove from Heat!

Serve shrimp skewers with fresh lime wedges, cilantro, and cotija cheese!
