Baked Citrus Salmon
salmon lemons blood oranges oranges salt seasoning blend sweet peppers parsley scallions black pepper
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and oil to prevent sticking.
Trim the salmon into 6 portions.
Slice the citrus into ¼'' slices and remove any seeds. Arrange half the citrus slices on the baking sheet with the salmon.
Sprinkle with seasoning and top with additional slices of citrus.
Place the baking sheet with salmon in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve topped with fresh slices of bell peppers, parsley, pepper, and scallions.
